Dippin' Dots & Doc Popcorn franchise owners undergo an extensive hands-on training program where they learn the secrets of our perfected ingredient combinations and customer service philosophy. This training includes three days at our Home Office in Paducah, KY with our corporate trainers and key HQ personnel, and five to six days on-site training with your Region Managers at your location when you open. In addition, you can expect ongoing support from the entire team which goes above and beyond to surprise and delight.

Design & Construction

Our Design & Construction team will help guide you to ensure your unit has all the right equipment, meets local health requirements, and is beautifully branded. Our Co-Branded Kiosks are turnkey -- designed, constructed, and shipped by our partner to your location. 

We assist with Co-Branded In-Line build-outs by working with local general contractors (GCs), architects, sign makers, and venue property management to ensure all is designed to meet standards and specifications.

Opening Support

When you are ready to open your store, your Doc Popcorn Region Manager and Dippin' Dots Region Manager (RMs) will travel to your location to provide you with on-site training. This includes assistance with staff training, opening process and procedures, and running your unit – taking the pressure off and leaving your smile on!

Six to eight weeks after your soft opening, we will help you schedule your GRAND OPENING. This event lets the world know you are ready for business. Representatives from Dippin' Dots and Doc Popcorn will join you on site for the big event!

Support continues long after you open, led by your RMs and a dedicated marketing and operations team.

Our Marketing Team works to provide you with the tools and processes to help you reach your sales goals and build brand awareness in your community. Through a variety of channels and programs -- including interactive portals -- we work with you to identify the best marketing mix to assist you in making your business the best it can be.  This includes Grand Opening support and beyond.
